Khalov Mukhammetkulyev, Honored Worker of Culture of Turkmenistan, senior lecturer of the Department of Folk Instruments of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kulieva, celebrates his 70th anniversary. His colleagues, friends, acquaintances and, of course, university students gathered in the great hall of the conservatory to honor the hero of the day.
For 50 years of his labor activity, Kh. Mukhammetkulyev has worked in many educational institutions in Ashgabat, and currently teaches at the Conservatory. For 27 years, he has held leadership positions, gaining respect among his professional colleagues.
Kh. Mukhammetkulyev's contribution to the musical life of the country is appreciated by the state: he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Worker of Culture of Turkmenistan, medals "For Love to the Fatherland" and "Gayrat".

Rasul Amangeldiyev, rector of the conservatory, delivered the first congratulatory message to the jubilee on this day. Then the Hero of Turkmenistan Gozel Shakulieva recited one of her poems to the jubilee.
Musical works in honor of the jubilee were performed by the orchestra of folk instruments of the conservatory conducted by the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Umar Igamov.
Stormy applause greeted the moment when Khalov Mukhammetkulyev himself stood at the conductor's console, then the jubilee handed the conductor's batons to his son Meret Mukhammetkulyev.

The hero of the day was congratulated by rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture Amanmurat Aydogdyev, Director of the D. Ovezov Turkmen State Music School at TNC Merdan Kerimov, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Mukhammetguly Kasymov, Berdyniyaz Babaniyazov, Akmurad Charyev.
People's Artists of Turkmenistan Babasary Annamuradov and Ovez Mametnurov solemnly presented a beautifully executed portrait of the jubilee to the applause of the audience.
The concert and the celebration of the hero of the day testified to the love and respect for the talented musician and excellent teacher.
