The 7th festival of Japanese films will be held in Turkmenistan. The festival aims to introduce Turkmenistan citizens to the Land of the Rising Sun and its cultural peculiarities. It will be held from December 15 to 17 at the "Ashgabat" cinema in the Turkmen capital.

Furthermore, the residents of Turkmenbashi will have the opportunity to enjoy the Japanese film industry, as a screening will take place on December 23. The following films will be shown:

- "The Heavenly Restaurant" - a story set on the island of Hokkaido in northern Japan, depicting the passion of people who appreciate delicious Japanese food.

- "Only the Cat Knows" - an emotionally-driven narrative about the life of a Japanese family through an elderly couple.

- "A Collection of Animation directed by Takeshi Yashiro" - a wonderful four-part animated film that parents and children can enjoy together.
