Festive events dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the neutral status of Turkmenistan will be held on the 12th of December at the Moscow House of Nationalities as part of the «Days of Culture of Turkmenistan». They are organized by the «Russian Turkmen Cultural Centre», the Foundation for promoting the strengthening of friendship between the peoples of the Caspian states «Caspian Heritage» and the organizing committee of the Moscow art festival «Melodies of Dutar» named after Nury Halmammedov.
The exhibition of Turkmen and Russian artists will feature paintings, graphics and sculptures. The centre for international cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation will be an exhibition of books from Moscow publishing houses published for Russian-language schools in Turkmenistan and the CIS countries was organized.
On the same day there will be an international conference on the topic «The neutral status of Turkmenistan is an important security factor in the Central Asia and Caspian region». The festive events will be completed by a concert in honour of the Day of Neutrality of Turkmenistan, at which the winners of the VII International Arts Festival «Voice of Dutar» named after Nury Halmammedov, held in Moscow, will perform.
