At the Turkmen State Circus - New Year's performance «Fairy Tale» Father Frost, accompanied by Bovenjik, Yartygulak and life-size puppets, enter the arena of the circus, decorated in New Year's style. Where is the Snow Maiden? The Snow Maiden went for the goldfish, which fulfills all wishes, and will return by 12 o'clock. The Villain found out about this and decided to take the goldfish away. During pauses between the performances of circus performers, either the Snow Maiden with a goldfish or the Villain appear in the arena, performing funny reprises.

Meanwhile, aerialist Liliana Yusupova flies up to the circus dome, gracefully and easily performing risky stunts. She behaves as if the airspace is her natural habitat. But the audience watches every movement of the brave gymnast with bated breath.

The tightrope walker Lukman Garajayev surprised all the spectators. In the image of the Nutcracker - the enchanted prince from the fairy tale «The Nutcracker» - he bravely marched around the arena, and having climbed onto the balance beam, he took a head-down stance, making unimaginable figures with his feet. Another aerial gymnast, Medine Bayramdurdyyeva, overcomes the wire, stretched at a height of two meters, with careful steps. To the sounds of the circus orchestra’s «alarm roll», Medine falls into the splits, causing undisguised excitement among the spectators in the stands.

Young juggler Resul Serdarov shared his dexterity with the audience. Sparkling clubs and rings took off in a certain order and, having completed the desired trajectory, returned to his hands.

Funny monkeys made the audience laugh to tears with their antics and movements, especially when they portrayed orderlies carrying their comrade out of the danger zone on a stretcher. One monkey distinguished itself: it reached the «incentive» pocket of the trainer Liliana Yusupova and treated herself to the fullest from it.

The New Year's performance was replete with animal artists - in addition to monkeys, there were pigeons, alabay, a donkey, ponies, and camels. By the way, the number with camels was well decorated by the girls from the circus dance ensemble «Yedigen», who appeared on the arena before almost every number, and, as a rule, in new luxurious outfits.

Serdar Bayramdurdyyev demonstrated his talent for training perfectly. He sat on the arena barrier with his charge - a pony of a very miniature breed, put six foals to bed, greeted the audience, standing on the horse's croup, frozen in a bow in front of the audience.

Serdar, continuing the art of his father Pygy Bayramdurdyyev, led the equestrian acrobatic group «Galkynysh», which perfectly demonstrates the highest school of horse riding. The second part of the circus performance was entirely devoted to the dashing horse riding of Turkmen riders. It is characteristic that the circus pop-symphony orchestra under the direction of Tirkish Rejepov used a medley of Turkmen folk melodies in horse riding. Traditionally, the performance of the group «Galkynysh» was completed by a spectacular triple pyramid of horsemen with the State Flag of Turkmenistan waving at high speed.

Here we could put an end to it, but the performance is New Year’s, so Father Frost enters the arena again, and this time with the Snow Maiden, who is holding an aquarium with a goldfish. Fairy-tale New Year characters wished the audience and all Turkmen people new success, happiness and health in 2024. Their congratulations were supported by all participants in this cheerful festive performance.
