At the International Competition of Performers on Folk Instruments «FOLK-ART», which recently ended in Kazan, a third-year student of the Faculty of Folk Music of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyyeva, Hijran Jorakuliyev, took first place among 20-25-year-old musicians in playing the musical instrument «Accordion» and was awarded a diploma.

The talented musician’s mentor, senior teacher of the department of «Folk Musical Instruments» Tatyana Vladimirovna Yuzeyeva, was awarded the title «Best Teacher», awarded a diploma and a certificate of honour.

Representatives of cultural institutions from various regions of the Russian Federation, including the Kazan State Conservatory named after. N.A. Jiganova. In the International Competition «Magic of Music», organized by the Kazan Conservatory in 2021, Hijran Jorakuliyev also took first place and was awarded the corresponding diploma.
