The motto of the year «The Fount of the Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi» is revealed from various aspects by three articles of the magazine. The publication «Use of the past participle in the works of Magtymguly Fragi» notes that Magtymguly Fragi, as a great master of words, widely used the peculiar features of the grammar of the Turkmen language in his works. The author emphasizes the relationship between fiction and the Turkmen language, to the development of which Magtymguly Fragi made a great contribution. The great poet and sage of the East wrote his works, distinguished by their artistry and deep meaning, in the Turkmen literary language and went down in history as its founder.
The article «The connection of literary traditions in the works of Magtymguly Fragi and Gurbannazar Ezizov» reveals the deep influence of the literary heritage of the classical poet, filled with humanistic ideas, wisdom and insight, on Turkmen literature in general and, in particular, on the work of Gurbannazar Ezizov, a prominent representative of Turkmen literature XX century. Gurbannazar Ezizov, who paid a lot of attention to writers and poets of the past, considered Magtymguly Fragi his main mentor, which was reflected in the popular works he created during his short life.
Another publication of the magazine is devoted to the topic of reflection in the works of Magtymguly Fragi of the issues of raising a worthy generation and talented students-followers. Analyzing the poet’s poems dedicated to his father Dovletmammet Azady, the authors note that they depict him as a man who was not interested in wealth or property, but cared about the well-being of the country, did good deeds and was loved by the people. Magtymguly's lines are quoted, which indicate that Azady cared very much about his children so that they would grow up to be patriotic, well-educated, committed people with a broad worldview. The relationship of respect between father and son is revealed in the article as a concrete manifestation of such traditions of the Turkmen people as honoring elders, asking permission from ten elders before starting a business, and receiving their blessing.
