In honor of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi's birth, the newspaper "Türkmen dünýäsi" in collaboration with the Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan is organizing a creative contest titled "Reňbe-reň gül açar ýaşyl ýaýlasy".
The contest aims to familiarize people with Turkmenistan's environmental policy and Magtymguly's poetry filled with love for nature and the environment. The contest is also intended to emphasize the interconnectedness of nature and humanity.
Entries in the following literary genres are accepted for the contest: poetry, articles or stories.
Entries should be submitted by August 25 by email to turkmendunyasi@sanly.tm or to the editorial office of the newspaper "Türkmen dünýäsi" located at 100 Garashsyzlyk Avenue, Free Creativity Center, Ashgabat.
Entries must not have been previously published in the media.
Candidates should also include brief information about themselves (date of birth, place of work and residence, occupation, phone number).
The results of the creative contest will be announced in September this year. Winners will be awarded honorary certificates and commemorative prizes.
