The annual report concert of graduates of the specialized art school named after M. Garlyev of Dashoguz velayat brought the audience into the world of music, dance, captivating sounds and harmonies, expressive movements of dance.
The students and teachers performed Turkmen folk music, diverse musical works by foreign and domestic composers of different eras such as F. Chopin, A. Bazzini, P. Morlacchi, G. Sviridov, L. Arditi, N. Halmamedov and others. The annual graduation concert is perceived by specialists as an event where students and their teachers report on the work done over a certain period of time. Judging by the vibrant musical performances, the well-coordinated sound of the orchestral instruments, the professionally prepared rich and diverse concert program, the school staff achieves high results in the professional training of future artists.
The audience was captivated by the "Köneürgenç" school choir's performance of V. Akhmedov's work to the words of the great classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi "Türkmeniň", the virtuoso xylophone performance by 2nd year student Sh. Batyrov "Rondo" by the Italian violinist, composer and music teacher Antonio Bazzini, and the miniature "Troika" from the orchestral suite "The Snowstorm" by Georgy Sviridov played by the "Ovaz" chamber orchestra under the direction of O. Bayliev. The 2nd year student D. Ismailov performed the Turkmen folk music "Bibi" virtuosically on the gijak, the "Bagtyýar ýaşlar" dance group of the school demonstrated the lively dance "Çopanlar tansy", and the work "Parahatçylyr we Watan marşy" by O. Gurbanyazov was performed inspirationally and solemnly by the ensemble of wind and percussion instruments, and other compositions.
Practically all the creative groups of the school showcased their work that day. The bakhshi ensemble under the direction of teacher G. Akhmedova, the "Mukam" dutar ensemble under the direction of teacher B. Urpekov, the Turkmen national instruments orchestra "Diyar", "Dessan" violin ensemble, the xylophone ensemble and others performed emotionally and harmoniously. Singers, musicians, conductors and dancers demonstrated their skills and growing mastery at the concert.
Both the listeners and participants of the graduation concert experienced joy from the connection with the wonderful art of music and dance, great satisfaction with the results of their collective work.
Over the years, a qualified teaching staff has been formed at the M. Garlyev specialized art school in Dashoguz velayat, capable of training talented specialists in various areas of musical and vocal art. Every year, dozens of school graduates join the ranks of various specialized velayat institutions.
