In honour of International Children's Day, the Department of Art Exhibitions, the Exhibition Centre for Fine Arts, the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan and the Children's Art School named after Bashim Nuraly of the Ashgabat City Department of Culture organized a creative exhibition «Bäşim Nuralynyň uçgunlary – Bagtyýar ýaşlar».
The exhibition presents works created by students of the Bashim Nuraly Children's Art School. The exhibition included more than 380 works by young creators - paintings, graphic works, carpets, ceramics, sculptures and tapestries. Made in various genres of easel and applied art, they reflect national traditions, landscapes of our native nature, rural life, interesting events and scenes of everyday life in our peaceful country and its white marble capital. A number of works are dedicated to the main event of the year - the 300th anniversary of «Magtymguly Fragi», as well as other famous representatives of Turkmen culture.
Among them are the works of Aylar Hojayeva «Türkmen sährasy», Gulruh Kulyyeva «Milli mirasymyz», Merjengul Hojakulyyeva «Magtymguly Pyragy», Leyla Durdyyeva «Toý», Alypalvan Hudayberenov «Baba Annaýew», «Babasary Annamyradow», «Berdinazar Hudaýnazarow», «Kerim Gurbannepesow», «Alty Garlyýew», «Artyk Jally», «Aýhan Hajyýew» and other interesting works.
Pupils of the art school named after the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Bashim Nuraly, who went down in the history of national culture as the first Turkmen painter, are talented representatives of the country's younger generation. Their works arouse interest not only in Turkmenistan, but also receive high praise at international children's drawing competitions. They were exhibited in many countries of the world - India, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Germany, Finland, Japan, Bulgaria, Türkiye, CIS countries and almost everywhere they were awarded medals, diplomas, certificates of honour, which are carefully stored in the art school.
