The Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater successfully hosted an evening of live music with fragments from immortal Disney animated films. It was a concert where the art preferences of children and adults completely coincided, as the audience in the hall consisted of children and their parents in a 50/50 proportion.

The stage was adorned with a Disney picture featuring Cinderella's fairy-tale castle, where amazing cartoon stories about incredible adventures of famous and fictional characters are born. Resul Gylyjov, conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra, came on the stage to the applause of audience. With a wave of the conductor's baton, the picture on the screen went into motion. Gray menacing waterfall gurgled from a cliff, and a toy steam train set off for its next station – life in Disney began.

The concert took place in an unusual format. There was no host announcing the works and performers. Like a bright, colorful firework display on the screen, fragments from the cartoons "Mickey Mouse," "Aladdin," "Frozen," "Beauty and the Beast," "The Little Mermaid," "Wish," "The Lion King," and others flashed by.

The symphony orchestra performed medleys from the musical works of Stephen James Taylor, Christophe Beck, Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, Hans Zimmer, and other soundtracks to the stories shown on the screen.

Soloists in incredibly beautiful costumes spontaneously appeared on stage. They not only performed their pieces but also tried to match the characters on the screen, becoming part of one cartoon or another. But the most interesting thing was that there was no confusion in this bright, colorful firework display. The audience quickly switched from one adventure to another, barely having time to thank the soloist with applause. And only at the end Resul Gylyjov announced their names. These were the well-known and beloved performers – Maysa Niyazova, Dovran Shammyev, Mansur Sharipov, Anna Veliakhmedova and Shasenem Guverne. The concert also featured newcomers who stepped onto the stage for the first time: Suleyman Ovezov, Munisa Khudaybergenova, Shirin Guvernz and Nazli Pirgulyeva. They felt the stage, the audience, and were amazed by their emotions.

Both children and adults applauded the musicians and soloists for a long time, not wanting to part with the Disney cartoons.
