The Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan celebrated the anniversary of People's Artist Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov

The capital's Museum of Fine Arts hosted the grand opening of the exhibition "Döredijilik pursatlary" dedicated to the anniversary of People's Artist of Turkmenistan Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov.

His students, admirers of his work, and representatives of the country's intelligentsia gathered to congratulate the master on this important date, express warm words of congratulations, and appreciate his new works.

The exhibition is organized to include numerous works by the artist created in recent years using various techniques. Each painting represents the result of creative exploration and reflects the author's deep life experiences, who managed to create a unique style that harmoniously combines traditions and modern art trends.

Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov's many years of work as the head of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan significantly influenced his creativity. The collection includes many canvases depicting both historical monuments of Turkmenistan and iconic personalities of the country, as well as other important aspects of cultural heritage.

At the exhibition opening, congratulatory speeches were given by Saragt Babaev, Hero of Turkmenistan, People's Artist, and Honorary Elder of the People; poetess Gozel Shagulyeva, Hero of Turkmenistan; Chinar Rustemova, Hero of Turkmenistan, Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, and many other cultural figures of our country.

As Gozel Shagulyeva noted in her speech, 70 years is a significant anniversary, but for a true master, it is only a stage on the path of his creative life. Over these years, Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov has accomplished much, and today the exhibition presents the fruits of his many years of labor, testifying to the depth of his talent and dedication to art.

A graduate of the Ashgabat Art School, Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov studied under renowned Turkmen masters and expanded his knowledge of fine arts while continuing his education in Kharkov. One of the results of his work was the album "Colors Illuminated by Love," which includes a unique collection of the master's paintings and graphic works.

Ovezmuhammet Mammetnurov, People's Artist, designer and candidate of historical sciences, continues to inspire the younger generation, passing on to them the values of national traditions and customs. His work serves as a living example of the power of art in shaping cultural identity, promoting a deep understanding and respect for native roots.
