A reporting exhibition has been launched in the gallery of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan – the most important event in the educational process of 2024. The best works that were created this year by students and teachers are on public eye.

There are so many works that they filled the entire gallery. The work of Aina Atamuradova "Stop" was epic. The question "How do you like Bus No. 13" was the most asked at the exhibition. Aina depicted in her work a full size of bus number 13 standing at the bus stop. The dimensions of the doors and windows are exactly like in reality. Moreover, Aina's classmates began to know themselves in the passengers. It was funny to hear when happy exclamations were heard  behind: "It's me in front of the window, and Maral is next to it, did you recognise her?". In fact, bus No. 13 stops at the Academy of Arts, so it is quite likely to see students of the Academy among the passengers.

- I  am very proud of my student, her talent and courage, – says the teacher of the painting department Gakhryman Gochmuradov. – Please note that Aina divided the passengers into groups, and each has its own story: student, family, cheerful and sad ... Aina associates the bus with life in all its aspects.

Another painting that has received acclamation is the work of Aizada Pirlekova "8.30". The title of the painting is the start time of classes at the Academy. Students climb the stairs to the auditorium. The staircase is depicted by Aizada in a vertical perspective. Shadows from the parapets are "scattered" all over the canvas. The gray-yellow palette gives the painting a resemblance to the poster genre. A characteristic detail: the staircase is not a fictional place created by the author, it actually exists at the Academy.

The new Arkadag city is a very relevant topic for artists. In rhinestones on black velvet, Aiguzel Rustamova performed a panorama of the Arkadag city.. And Leyli Gurbanova approached the disclosure of this topic in a different way. In her work she depicted a Robot selling roses and called the painting "Smart City".

The student works of art critics were also surprised. At the stand of the exhibited works, Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Kamil Veliakhmedov accidentally saw a catalog about himself, made by third-year student Jemal Altynmukhamedova.

It's a great job, it's the first time I've held a catalog in my hands, and I really like it. Thank you so much for such a surprise.

Something similar happened to the People's Artist of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Historical Sciences, painter and designer Ovezmukhammad Mammetnurov – he fonthe first time saw the book "The Work of Ovezmukhammad Mammetnurov" by student Sonagul Meredova, who took the life and work of this artist as a graduation topic and published a monograph about him for the 70th anniversary.

- The young cadres are catching up with us, the artist exclaimed in delight. – I am proud that there are such talented young people in our country.

Even so, the main attention of the public, especially her beautiful half, was attracted by the demonstration of the collection of women's clothing by Jennet Agayeva. Jennet decorated her models with national embroidery in various places of the costume. The models turned out great, and the collection had a great success.

The reporting exhibition of works by students of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan is a demonstration of talents, creativity and modern trends in art.
