Announcement of cultural events: exhibitions, concerts and theater performances

The cultural life of the capital and administrative centers of the country is rich with a variety of events. Below is an announcement of some notable events scheduled in the near future.

The exhibition “Türkmenistan – sagdynlygyň mekany” dedicated to the Day of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers opened at the Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan.

On October 10 at 16:00, the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan will host a screening of the film “Under the Peach Tree” in the Turkmen language. Admission is by prior registration.

On October 14 at 18:30, the Grand Hall of the M. Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory will host the concert “In the Rhythm of Tango.” Admission is free.

Starting October 12, the Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater will begin a tour across the Balkan velayat. The tour will open in Gyzylarbat, where the theater will present the program “A Visit to the Fairy Tale” and the concert “Sea of Joy.” Then, the artists will travel to Balkanabat, where they will perform on the stage of the State Drama Theater named after S. Turkmenbashi.

Entertainment shows, fairy tales for children, and dramatic performances will also be presented in the town of Hazar. The tour will conclude on October 20.
