A concert entitled «In the rhythm of tango» took place in the great hall of the Turkmen national conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva. The evening brought together talented soloists and ensembles who presented a variety of works dedicated to the passionate and sensual rhythms of dance.

The concert opened with Astor Piazzolla's «Libertango». Performed by Perhat Tagyyev (accordion), Gozel Matkerimova (violin), Mahri Dolyyeva (violin), Yunus Orazov (viola), Ahmet Babagulyyev (cello), and Ismayyl Sahetmyradov (double bass), this composition immediately immersed the audience in an atmosphere of Argentine tango, filled with passion and dynamics. This was followed by A. Agajykov's «Türkmen tango», arranged by R. Nepesov, which served as a continuation of the musical composition, harmoniously intertwining an Eastern melody with Argentine tango, creating a unique musical experience.

No less impressive was the performance of Yusup Ovezov (clarinet) and honoured artist of Turkmenistan Vladimir Mkrtumov, who presented Piazzolla's «Death of an angel» and «Tango-café 1930». The music of these works, performed with subtle emotion and profound drama, left an unforgettable impression on the audience.

Particularly noteworthy was the performance of Bahar Durdyyeva, winner of the «Altyn Asyr» competition, who performed two pieces: «Yo soy Maria» and «Utomlennoe solntse» (Tired sun). Her graceful and sensual performance brought thunderous applause from the audience. The children's choir «Saýrak bilbiller» from the fourth children's art school, led by Gulalek Bayrammyradova, also delivered a touching performance of S. Ekimov's «Tango of the fly», capturing the pure spirit of children's creativity.

A. Gainulin's performance of «Euphoria» was warmly received. Karina Sultanova's dance routine was a shining example of this piece, gracefully and sensually translating the piece's emotional content into movement. She was accompanied by an ensemble consisting of accordion, violin, double bass, and percussion instruments under the direction of Yelena Arakelyan.

The concert concluded with iconic pieces that became the evening's culmination. The artists performed compositions such as «Tango por una Cabeza» by C. Gardel, «Tango 13» by R. Nepesov, and «La Cumparsita» by J. M. Rodríguez.

The concert showcased the exceptional skill of performers, and the atmosphere in the hall was imbued with the spirit of tango—passion, music, and art. Each number evoked a storm of emotion, giving the audience an indescribable musical experience.
