Thus, the Central Library named after Magtymguly of the Centralized Library System of the Ashgabat City Department of Culture, together with the khakimlik of Bagtyyarlyk etrap, held a meeting dedicated to the motto of 2024 - "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi".
