Member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, individual enterprise “Çemenli dag” can provide agricultural producers of the Dashoguz velayat with light, durable and reliable containers for fruit-bearing products. It manufactures plastic boxes that are widely demanded during the harvesting of various crops. The process requires a special injection molding machine, which is a high-tech full-cycle unit. First, polymer granules are fed into the container, which are heated at a high temperature and melted. Then the liquid mass is fed into the mold and cooled, and after that the machine gives out the finished box. The company manufactures reusable plastic containers on the basis of consumer orders. When the equipment is fully loaded, it is capable of producing up to 2 and a half thousand pieces of boxes per day, raw materials for which in the form of granulates are purchased from domestic manufacturers.

About two tons of dried apricots were produced this year by the collective of private enterprises for production of dried fruits, owned by a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country Z.Dovletov. It is located on the territory of the Shatlyk geneshlik of the Niyazov etrap of the Dashoguz velayat. A small production facility has departments for storing and drying raw materials, processing them, and a warehouse for storing finished products. The high-performance equipment installed here allows to carry out all the necessary operations for cutting fruits, removing cores from them, drying, packaging finished products. Now the team is preparing to receive a large batch of apples for processing. A private enterprise is capable of producing up to 100 tons of vitamin products from fruits and melons per year.
