Among the honored guests at the evening were Aylar and Aina Ovezov, the daughters of the first Turkmen composer and grandson of Ilyas Mukhamov, as well as Danatar Ovezovich's assistant in the 1960s, Honored Worker of Culture of Turkmenistan Khudayberdy Byashimov. Being in close communication with the luminary of music, Khudayberdy Byashimovich made an interesting story about how Danatar Ovezovich composed some of his works, shared his impressions of his amazing kindness and humanity.

In the atrium hall of the Museum of Fine Arts, the results of the competition-exhibition "Good Neighborly Relations in the Fine Arts" were summed up, in which students of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan took part. The branch of the museum of the great Turkmen poet Makhtumkuli Fraghi in his native village Gerkez of the Makhtumkuli etrap of the Balkan velayat is known not only in our country, but also abroad. Since the opening of the museum in 1983, it remains the most visited place among the poet's admirers. It was visited by poets, writers, translators, translating Makhtumkuli's poems into other languages, as well as Makhtumkulveda. On 1 January, 1911 in Mulk-Yusup village of Vekilbazar etrap of Mary velyat was born a kid, who was named Danatar. Then it never occurred to anyone that a music is in heart of this child. When Danatar was 8-years-old he lost his father and together with two sisters – Ogulgerek and Amansoltan – he moved to live to the uncle’s house. Allamerdan, Danatar’s uncle, was very good tuyduk player and often in the evenings dutar, gijak, tuyduk sounded in his home. It was some kind of music school for the gifted boy.
