The history of this art has started back in France in far 1826 when inventor Joseph Niépce has stood up 8 hours behind the camera and received the image, which has become the first photo officially and has been simply named “View from Window”.

Kara Seytliev: The Poetic Encyclopedia of Turkmenistan
People’s Writer of Turkmenistan Kara Seytliev (1915-1971) can be deservedly named a legendary figure. His versatile oeuvre greatly influenced the development of national literature, cinema and theater.
