The land of incredibly sweet melons

Many centuries ago, various varieties of melons and watermelons were created in Turkmenistan, which give a rich harvest in local climatic conditions, as well as long-term storage and suitable for transportation. In the 17th-19th centuries, as a result of selection selection, Turkmen farmers cultivated such well-known varieties of melons as "Vakharman", "Bishek", "Gok Gulyabi", "Garrygyz", as well as dozens of other varieties.
