In the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan velayat, it is planned to build five four-story luxury houses for transport and communications workers. Houses designed for 300 families will be built by the Ynamly hyzmatdaşlar Economic Society, which offered the most attractive conditions for the implementation of the project as part of a tender.
New residential buildings for workers in the transport and communications sector is another step in the implementation of a large-scale housing program that is being consistently implemented in Turkmenistan to improve the social and living conditions of the people. During the construction of such social facilities, the invariable requirement is to ensure the high quality of construction and engineering work, the improvement of the adjacent territory, and the creation of other conditions for a comfortable life for people.
Ensuring decent living conditions for transport workers will help increase the contribution of the transport and communication complex to the economic development of the western region. The city of Turkmenbashi, located on the eastern coast of the Caspian Sea, is not only the center of the oil refining industry of Turkmenistan, but also the sea gates of our country and all of Central Asia. The largest modern seaport in the region is located here - an important link in the international transit and transport corridors between Europe and Asia. Direct access to the Turkmenbashi International Seaport is provided by the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi highway, which, by expanding the transit and transport infrastructure, allows increasing trade turnover with neighboring countries, the volume of exports and transit of goods.
